As we age we naturally reduce the production of hyaluronic acid within our bodies which results in the aging look. What to expect during your treatment
We do our upmost to ensure your treatment is as pleasant as possible but we always remind clients we are inserting needles into the skin so cannot guarantee the treatment would be a pleasant as we wish we could make you.
We do however use numbing cream to dull some of the discomfort the needles can cause.
What to expect after your treatment
As the Dermal Filler would have been injected into the area tenderness, swelling and some bruising should be expected, this can last for a few days but will improve daily.
We recommend not to have any strenuous exercise for 48 hours after treatment to give the area time to settle.
After Care Instructions
- Drink lots of water to keep the area hydrated
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours
- Avoid wearing make-up for 12 hours
- Avoid high temperatures such as saunas, steam rooms, sun beds or sun exposure, until symptoms caused by the treatment has cleared
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours
